Website Revamp
The old website lacked ease of navigation and was a little out-dated. We redesigned it, making it less formal and more personal in order to connect with potential customers more effectively.

That’s More Sociable
01
Our social media strategy centred around showcasing the brand’s personality and generating a loyal following. To create and maintain relationships with customers, we kept the content entertaining and personal, as opposed to purely sales driven.

Result
If you’re going to the trouble of getting something framed, there is a big chance you appreciate art, design and visuals. It therefore made sense to make the website focused around these.
Our work improved the company’s appearance, giving the brand a more cheerful tone that mirrored the personalities of their staff. Our idea was to make their comms sound more friendly, like someone talking to you.
Social Success
We increased customer interactions via Facebook using improved visuals and word-play in the captions to make the posts more entertaining. Within a few weeks, comments, business enquiries and likes all increased dramatically.
We added over 600 new followers to their Instagram account by focusing on high-quality imagery and increasing post frequency. Our work also resulted in a 50% hike in the brand’s Twitter following. Getting staff to photograph and share some of the more unusual tasks they faced really helped.
Some SEO TLC
We changed the focus of the site to ‘bespoke framing’, a move that now means FSM shows up more often in the top 3 of most searches for similar terms.
